  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder about 40g total
  • 2 cups milk dairy or dairy-free like almond, oat, or soy
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 –2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 cup ice cubes

1. Prep Your Ingredients

  • Peel and freeze the bananas ahead of time (overnight is best).
  • Measure out all ingredients so they’re ready to go.

2. Layer the Ingredients in the Blender

Add them in this order for best blending:
  1. Milk
  2. Protein powder
  3. Bananas
  4. Peanut butter
  5. Cocoa powder
  6. Sweetener (if using)
  7. Ice cubes

3. Blend

  • Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
  • Stop and scrape the sides if needed.

4. Taste & Adjust

  • Want it sweeter? Add more honey or banana.
  • Too thick? Add a splash more milk.
  • Too thin? Add a few more ice cubes or half a banana.

5. Serve

  • Pour into glasses or travel mugs.
  • Top with whipped cream or cocoa powder if you like.
  • Enjoy cold!
