- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder about 40g total
- 2 cups milk dairy or dairy-free like almond, oat, or soy
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 –2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup optional
- 1 cup ice cubes

1. Prep Your Ingredients

Peel and freeze the bananas ahead of time (overnight is best).

Measure out all ingredients so they’re ready to go.
2. Layer the Ingredients in the Blender
Add them in this order for best blending:

Peanut butter

Sweetener (if using)

3. Blend

Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth.

Stop and scrape the sides if needed.
4. Taste & Adjust
