- ½ cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

- ¼ cup chopped mushrooms
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Non-stick cooking spray or 1 tsp olive oil
